#BCPONJ Major Crimes Unit & Ridgefield PD are investigating a fatal fire that occurred at 850 Broad Ave on 3/6/24. At appx 2:21 am, RPD responded with Ridgefield Fire Dept. & other departments. A deceased body was located & a search by the BCPO Arson Task Force continues.

#BCPONJ Major Crimes Unit & @TeaneckPD are investigating a fire at 850 Palisade Ave, Teaneck, NJ on 2/19/24. At approx 12:30am, TPD, Teaneck Fire Dept & Hackensack Fire Dept responded & found multiple residents trapped in the basement. All victims were taken to HUMC.

UPDATE: The Bergen County Sheriff’s Office Bomb Squad responded and conducted a precautionary sweep. The area sweep and search by the BCSO’s Bomb Squad determined there were no threats to public safety. Residents were allowed to return to the area at approximately 5:30 p.m.

#BCPONJ Intel & Counterterrorism Unit & Cliffside Park PD are investigating a bomb threat reported at 12:41pm on 2/9/24 in the 500 block of Anderson Ave, Cliffside Park. BCSO Bomb Squad is on scene doing a precautionary sweep. Please avoid the area as the investigation continues.
