A lovely surprise when walking into the Sportshall @BCUHELS yesterday with a Random Act of Kindness hung on the door! @BCU_RAOK . Thanks! It was a great start to the day!

It’s dark, cold and often gloomy in November. So some little hugs of kindness have been delivered today on City South campus @BCUHELS

Found by our colleague Karen in Education: I saw two of these before picking it up to see what it was; what a lovely surprise. Thank-you so much It cheered me up after an awful journey stuck in roadworks (-:

"My friend and I found the little worry worms now named: Bacillus (purple) & Serratia (red) because we do a lot of microbiology work and they're the same colours and shape as the bacteria under a microscope! Thank you for making these little worms. They were lovely to find." 🧪👩‍🔬

@BCU_RAOK found this little guy just ‘hanging around’ the sports hall door this morning so he joined us for a day of fun learning how to teach Primary PE!
