My heart breaks today for my daughter. When she moved out on her own, the first dog she got was a German Shepherd. He dealt with bad skin issues throughout his life, but she continued doing the best she could for years to take care of him. Today she had to put him down.

@balystouri @AndrewR16541895 @PatsKam Back up and start at verse 13 in Matthew chapter 16. Jesus is asking Peter who he says that He is. Peter replies "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God". Study a little more and you'll see that Jesus is saying on this rock, Peter's statement of who Jesus is, is the stone.
