So proud of this incredible group of early-career GI leaders who made #AGABestofFORWARD truly shine! 🌟 Every session was intentionally designed to build practical skills: 🔑 Grant writing & elevator pitch 🔑 Sources of funding (federal + non-federal) and negotiation 🔑 Conflict management & resilience Every participant submitted a Specific Aims page and actively practiced their pitch, fully leaning in and getting the most out of the program.
