@dund93 Never worked out what difference that few cms makes against the 20 or so metres the ball travels all in their heads I guess. Also 100% agree with the short sleeves and gloves not sure why such a small thing winds me up so much. Are you cold or not???

Why do players, when taking a corner place the ball on a tangent with the arc instead of on the line? More modern game bollocks like covering their mouths when talking, holes in the back of socks and socks over the knees. 😡😡😡

@elland_toad It's the rule that is wrong not this decision. It's subjective not interfering because he doesn't get the 1st pass It's not offside so play goes on and he can then be involved. It happens at every free kick But the attacker is still getting an advantage from the original offside!

On what fucking planet is this onside? I’ve never seen anything as corrupt as the use of VAR in Scotland this week.

@HCOSC_Official Very well written statement all credit to those involved. Solid, grounded and sensible in a storm of social media nonsense and hear say. As a match going fan home and away I am 100% behind the sentiment regardless of club loyalty

@BDChristian73 Yeah it does seem like it’s well hidden especially when like today most people are in a rush to get in get the tickets and get out! I will call them Monday to see if they can refund the difference but knowing the club I doubt it

@TheNamesBradMFC Yates is designated away pub, but both spoons are generally okay as mixed pubs. But keep an eye on @SaintsfcCop or your police rep on here for updates. Hoping it's all good natured banter not worth kicking off over

The 1885 Show - A Millwall Podcast
Just a personal note from me (@JayThomas89). This season has meant more to me than any before because it’s the first one I’ve been able to share properly with my 12‑year‑old son, Fred, with his first ever season ticket. The moments we’ve had together… they’re memories we’ll both carry for life. We’ve travelled home and away all year. Early starts, long days, missing time with his mates and not once has he complained. Not once. He’s been all in. And to share this journey with him, for the very first time, has made this season unforgettable. So thank you, @MillwallFC, for giving us a year we’ll never forget. There’s nothing better than a father and son riding the full wave of football together the elation, the sadness, the pain, the joy is every fathers dream Long may it continue. See you in Hull #Millwall

@philclarke0170 Glad we nicked 4th, that Friday night game is awful no reason not to be say 4pm on Saturday, and being home in midweek has to be an advantage. Saturday and Saturday would be fairer as the tight turnaround will only favour the bigger squad Next year will be mad

The play off semi final dates are coming very fast. Inside a week from the last day of season then the two semi’s 3 days apart. The final is then 11 days later. Feels like pretty odd scheduling to not have more time between the two semi finals. Maybe I’ve not paid attention as we’ve not been in them but I’m sure in the past it was more spaced out.

On my way to see my mum she lives on my walk to Millwall and I always pop in for a cup of tea and a chat. We have the same routine when I leave. She shouts down the hallway NO FIGHTING! I shout back I’m in my 60s! With a dodgy knee, back and definitely an enlarged prostate!

Today we drove from our home in South Devon to Dursley in Gloucestershire. The journey took us onto the A380, M5 and the A38. Devon, Somerset, skirting past Bristol, into Gloucestershire. It's a journey we've done countless times over the years. It's about 110 miles. On the way home we decided to avoid the motorway, (apart from a short section over the Avon River at Avonmouth), and took to the minor roads. We passed many fantastic little towns and villages. We passed several cricket matches on village greens, we passed loads of pubs with families sat outside enjoying the afternoon sun. We stopped off at the magnificent Berkeley Castle for a cup of Earl Grey in the lovely cafe set in their kitchen garden, (a latte for Mrs Higgy). We passed vehicles that were taking part in a vintage car rally. We saw a motorcycle group parked up at the side of the road, sitting on a grass verge having what looked like a hilarious chat. We passed a gymkhana taking place in a field, further along the road there was a weekend motocross event being enjoyed by families who were camping in tents and camper vans. There was a bouncy castle and some food stalls, (always a great combination). We passed beautiful churches. We passed manor houses with fantastic gardens. We even passed someone on a horse and cart. Nearer to home we took the coast road past busy caravan parks, amusement arcades, cafes and ice cream stands. We passed sandy beaches and little harbours with boats bobbing in the water. We passed joggers, groups of ramblers, dog walkers and lone cyclists struggling up hills. We saw wonderful scenery, amazing history and amazing people doing the things that make them happy. What a fantastic day. THIS is England ❤️
