FINAL/OT: Lebanon 52, Green Hill 46 The storybook ride continues. Lebanon outlasts Green Hill 52-46 in the Region 4-4A semifinals and advances to Thursday’s region final against Beech. The Blue Devils will play in the Class 4A sectional and are a win away from The Glass House.
