Green Party candidate Susan Denham-Smith has arrived at the count, with a cake she made to celebrate being involved in the election. She said the whole process has been 'empowering' and that she was really looking forward to this evening. #GeneralElection2024

All the boxes have now arrived at the Workington Sports Centre and verified - there have been 49,429 which is a turnout of 62.42% #GeneralElection2024 The count for the Penrith and Solway constituency will begin shortly.
