@KoosKanmar I'd bet it happens a lot. Not everybody has the money to check out a country ahead of moving to it. My family came to SA in 1970 having never set foot in the country. They did get information from organisations set up to assist immigrants into SA.

I can't imagine people never visiting a country before deciding to immigrate to that country. Dumbfounded.

@AmukelaniMoyani Where's she going? That makes a difference. If she's going to see some tourist site or watch a movie then her attire is fine. If she's going to meet the King then she needs to smarten up.
