I don't believe #Ravens GM Eric DeCosta when he says the plan was to land BOTH Maxx Crosby & Trey Hendrickson. Remember, BAL took a risk in 2025 in R2 w/Mike Green where DeCosta spent 1.5 hours w/him during pre-draft process & loved his UPSIDE despite off-field allegations.

#49ers would be wise trading for EDGE Maxx Crosby if it only took a R1 pick & Day 2 compensation. Niners are in a bind financially, but they always find a way to make contracts work while protecting themselves via insurance policies. Imagine Bosa & Crosby screaming off the EDGE?

#49ers want to make their secondary better? No faster way in doing that than finding an EDGE to speed up the QB/WR timing. Games are won in the trenches--EDGE Maxx Crosby has that box checked. GM John Lynch hasn't been good in drafting R1 players anyway, so why not take the risk?

@ChrisLongshot A R1 pick in this year's draft won't yield a R1 talent as I only have 11 true R1 grades in any given draft. Furthermore, what could possibly go right? The best 1-2 EDGE duo the team has EVER had? Not even Aldon Smith & Ahmad Brooks can compare to that duo.
