@BFIPlayer hello, I recently subscribed but the app keeps crashing (player error- file format is unsupported) on my Samsung tv. Can you advise please?

@BFIPlayer i have a subscription but the player isnt working

@michaelchap Hello, BFI Player Subscription from the BFI Player website is a separate account to the BFI Player channel add-on for Amazon Prime/Apple so they cannot be linked.

@BFIPlayer Hi I have a bfi sub and can log in via the web. Is there any way that I can log in to the Amazon prime bfi player using the bfi credentials. Amazon seem to want me to pay again. Similarly apple tv. I have an LG tv and it sadly does not have your app.

@BFIPlayer Just started watching Alphaville via Prime on the BFIPlayer channel and it’s set to the wrong aspect ratio. 🤷‍♂️ Please fix this.

@sellottie Hi there, the availability of all our films is dependent on rights agreements with licensors so unfortunately we can't confirm when this title will next be available.

@soumiksarkar Hi Soumik, the BFI London Film Festival screenings are not available with Smart TVs and BFI Player’s Amazon Prime and Apple TV channels unfortunately. You can find more info here theb.fi/35rK3w7.

The @BFIPlayer is truly a wonderful thing. Just watching a video of my great great uncle ‘Curly’, aged 90, talking about getting up at 4:30am to tend the vegetable patch and catch poachers. ‘Ent no better’ than his 5p cauliflowers.
