Alright. So again I ask, what is the plan to be an S-Tier contender without a big trade if Tatum is consistently failing (a bit harsh but we’ll accept it here).

Outside of a super team you need your best player to not sell you. These failings are not just on Joe. Tatum owns these too. G3 in Miami, G1/G2 last year vs Knicks, G2 and G5 this season. Some of these things just don’t matter from Joe if Tatum is That Guy.
