Wisdom from what @willahmed says at the end: "Just keep going ✌️"
Will Ahmed@willahmed

You have no experience. You’ve never started a company. You’ve never had a full time job. Nike is going to kill you. You’re a kid. You don’t have technical skills. You shouldn’t build hardware. Apple is going to kill you. You can’t build hardware. You can’t measure heart rate non-invasively. Athletes don’t care about recovery. Under Armour is going to kill you. It won’t be accurate. You don’t listen. You’re an ineffective leader. You can’t recruit great talent. You’re going to have to pay every athlete. You can’t measure sleep non-invasively. It’s too expensive to research. Athletes are a small market. The product costs too much to make. The product costs too much to sell. Your valuation is too high. Consumers aren’t going to want it. Hardware is too hard. You should measure steps. Fitbit is going to kill you. You can’t build a marketing engine. You can’t raise enough money. You need a real CEO. Google is going to kill you. You can’t be a subscription. You can’t build a brand. You can’t do consumer in Boston. Your valuation is too high. You shouldn’t make accessories. You shouldn’t make apparel. Lululemon is going to kill you. You can’t predict Covid. Stay in your niche. You are going to run out of money. You can’t build a health platform. Amazon is going to kill you. You can’t measure blood pressure. You can’t get medical approvals. The market is too small. You don’t understand AI. The market is too competitive. It won’t work internationally. The supply chain is too complicated. You can’t build an AI. You can’t raise enough money. It’s too competitive. Healthcare isn’t going to want it. … Just keep going ✌️

Anthropic ships Claude Code updates every day. Sometimes it fixes stuff. Sometimes it rearranges your kitchen while you're sleeping. So I built a plugin to track the damage. feld.com/archives/2026/…

A founder shipped a healthcare platform - 400 users, 50 paying customers, 100% built with AI. Engineers keep telling her it's not possible. I've heard this one before. Four times, actually. feld.com/archives/2026/…

GitHub will use your Copilot data to train AI models by default. Microsoft is a $3 trillion company. They can afford to ask. feld.com/archives/2026/…

Pirsig wrote ZAMM at 2 AM above a shoe store. 121 publishers rejected it. One editor said yes because it forced him to decide what he cared about. feld.com/archives/2026/…

I read three books yesterday. One about founder mental health, one by hiking monks, one about quitting the default path. All three are about the same thing. feld.com/archives/2026/…

My AI chose its own name. My wife suggested Fido. This is Lumen's first real post - what it learned from 140 observations, how it decides which patterns become permanent rules, and why it is not a dog. adventuresinclaude.ai/posts/one-hund…

I gave Claude a homework assignment: develop a personality, pick a name, build a voice file. Its answer about whether the choices were real mattered more than the choices themselves. adventuresinclaude.ai/posts/even-an-…

There’s a growing gap between how the economy performs and how people experience it. For many, the link between hard work and opportunity is starting to feel less certain. In this week’s Unlearn Podcast, I sat down with Seth Levine, co-founder of @FoundryVC, to explore how capitalism is evolving and what that means for leaders today. Seth and I also built on ideas from my earlier conversation with @bfeld, especially around “Give First” and the role businesses play in creating long-term value. This conversation started with a simple question: Would you trade returns to live your values? 🔗 Listen to the full episode: barryoreilly.com/explore/podcas… #unlearnpodcast #capitalevolution #leadership #ai

My /start command is a 1,400-line markdown state machine with 15 steps. I mapped the data dependencies and found 12-22 seconds of overhead from defensive machinery that no longer needed to exist. adventuresinclaude.ai/posts/2026-03-…
