NCAA TRANSFER PORTAL 🚨 Ready….Set…..Goooo! Good luck everyone. A LOT of talent will be in the portal this year. Transfers, keep posting on social media that you’re planning on transferring with a bio and a highlight film. College coaches are watching. College coaches, don’t be shy, put yourself out there and sell your school with social media post and videos and tag us if you’d like letting transfers know you’re interested. Overall: -It’s not lazy recruiting, it’s smart. A proven athlete is a safer bet for a college coach. -Transfer Portal will affect uncommitted 2025’s and 2026’s looking for D1 and potentially even D2 schools. -Not every athlete is going to find a home. -There will be record breaking numbers in the portal this year. -Some College coaches are going to wish they had more money and room for transfers -The Transfer Portal is the new JC -Committed 2025’s, and 2026’s I hope you’re paying attention and working hard so this doesn’t happen to you. Recruiting order for college coaches: Before the Portal: 1. Re-recruit their own players 2. Club Soccer 3. Juco 4. Transfers Since the Portal: 1. Re-recruit their own players 2. Transfers 3. Club Soccer 4. Juco Recruits, be careful of the college coaches selling you on come to my school (JC, D3, D2,) and I’ll help you transfer to D1. There are no guarantees. College coaches, be realistic and save yourself time and energy on the transfers you reach out to based on your situation.
