The 2022-23 Cape John Collegiate Sports Banquet will take place this Wednesday after school in the cafeteria. All players and coaches are invited to celebrate the many successes of our student athletes throughout the 2022-23 school year!

Excellent run with the Sr. Girls Ball Hockey team as they fell short in provincial’s. Tremendous growth by this young team, some great laughs and memories with the group, thank you to everyone who supported along the way! Athletics are very much alive in Cape John!

The end of a 5 month long fitness club concluded today following the 3rd a final strength and conditioning report. Improvements across the board for everyone in comparison with today’s and December’s results!

Solid effort from the Sr. Boys Ball Hockey team as they fell just short at the regional finals. Amazing display of commitment, character, and work ethic from the start of March, right to the final buzzer. An excellent role model for any extra curricular sports team!

A fun tune up for the Sr. Girls Ball hockey team after school today as they took on an interested group of Jr. Boy ball hockey players in preparation for their regionals next weekend! A 4-3 victory for the girls today will pair well with a leafs victory tonight..

Excellent showing from our girls in the Lewisporte Cup this past weekend. High school ice hockey is back at Cape John for the first time in a long time. Hopefully something that’ll stay and continue to grow the game here in the local area! Thanks to everyone for your support!

Come support the CJC Girls High School Hockey Team during the Baie Verte Senior Saber playoffs this weekend. All proceeds collected in the Chuck-A-Puck event will go towards the girls team trip to Lewisporte.
