On World Radio Day, we celebrate the power of radio in reaching children in rural communities who are not in school. Through educational programs and awareness messages, radio continues to teach, inform and inspire hope right from their homes. Theme: Radio and Climate Change

Girls belong in science. Yet, women make up only 33% of researchers worldwide, the gap is still real. This year’s theme, “Unpacking STEM Careers: Her Voice in Science,” reminds us to amplify girls’ voices and open more doors in STEM.

Yet, over 10 million children in Nigeria are still out of school (UNICEF). At Bibi Grace Foundation, we are committed to igniting young minds,one child, one opportunity at a time. Because when a child learns, a future is unlocked. 📚

Today, we raised our voices against Female Genital Mutilation (FGM). At Oja Oba, Iyin-Ekiti, we engaged over 100 adults in open conversations on the dangers of FGM, its lifelong impact on girls, and the importance of protecting the rights and dignity of every child.

FGM has lasting physical and emotional effects on girls. Through awareness, education, and collective action, we can end this harmful practice for good.

Happy New Week This week, let’s invest in the minds of our children like their future depends on it… because it truly does. Teach them to read. Teach them to ask questions. Teach them to believe they can learn anything.

Today December 23rd, 2025 we visited the Children Correctional Centre in Ekiti State, where 13 boys are currently receiving care. As a member of the Child Protection Network, our team participated in the visit and joined in celebrating Christmas with the children.

As part of our end-of-year initiative, we shared neatly used clothes with 20 widows at our premises on 22nd December 2025. This small act of kindness reflects our commitment to care, dignity, and community support. Merry Christmas in advance from all of us at the BGF 🎄💛

On 9th December 2025, our representative attended the SNAP Cultural Contest Grand Finale in Ekiti State, a program owned by Gender Mobile Initiative. SNAP means Social Norms Approach to gender-based violence Policy implementation and enforcement Project.
