🚨🚨 Indoor School Record 🚨🚨 We closed out our season in a big way at BGSU on Sunday with a couple school records just in time to start the outdoor season! Congratulations gentlemen! @BGSchools @BGHS_AD

Proud of our kids that competed today at Ohio Northern University! The highlight of the day goes to Shelby Janes for taking 2nd in the 400m and breaking her own school record in a time of 1:04.19! @BGHS_AD @BGSchools

This is great news for Ohio and our kids! We will be competing in D-2 instead of D-1 for the indoor season! Hopefully this will wake up @OHSAASports and get Track and XC up to speed with every other sport.

Great start to our indoor season today! 1st place - Girls 4x800 and 4x400m (indoor school record), Adam Proulx & Maralissa Waterfield 3200m. 2nd place - Proulx 1600m, 3rd place - Julia Barnett LJ. Barnett also set an indoor school record in the 200m. @BGHS_AD @BGSchools

We had two kids make the podium tonight at our Regional Meet in Port Clinton. Congratulations to Aidan Novinsky finishing 5th in the 3200m and Erek Kendrick finishing 7th in the 1600m.

All incoming high school athletes interested in playing football in the 2024 season, there will be an informational parent-player meeting on Sunday May 5th at 4:30pm, in the high school cafeteria.  This will be to discuss the upcoming summer calendar and our program expectations.

Distance records don’t seem to be safe this season as another one has fallen. The boys broke another record from 1981 in the 4x1600m today! Erek Kendrick, Aidan Novinsky, Landon Fry, and Sam Wiles ran an 18:18.88, beating the old mark of 18:31.2! @BGHS_AD @BGSchools #bobcatproud

It was pouring down rain but it happened again, another school record fell tonight! Aidan Novinsky runs a 9:22.39 in the 3200m, surpassing the mark of 9:25.60 set by Kevin Budge in 2011! @BGHS_AD @BGSchools

The results are in and the new school record for the Boys Distance Medley Relay is official with a time of 10:48.98, breaking the 43 year old record! Congratulations once again to Jake Amspoker, Aidan Novinsky, Erek Kendrick, and Sam Wiles! @BGHS_AD @BGSchools #bobcatproud
