A major planning success for BHP Design as a new multi-unit Industrial & Logistics development in Kings Norton, is approved. The 29acre scheme, being developed by St Francis Group & the Richardson family will see the speculative development of 400,000sqft space across 8units.

We are pleased to announce BHP have obtained planning consent for an additional 35 bedrooms & additional ground floor ancillary space for the existing IBIS Hotel, Edgbaston. This will provide additional accommodation for the Commonwealth Games to be held in Birmingham in 2022.

Fantastic progress on our latest Busy Bees nursery development at Priors Hall in Corby. We have really enjoyed working with Busy Bees, Lindums, Urban & Civic and Icon on this project which is now very close to completion.

We are pleased to announce that we are working with St Francis Group and Tilstone Industrial on the redevelopment of the former BAE site in Radway Green, Crewe. A planning application has now been submitted on the 40 acre site to develop 803,000 sq ft industrial warehouse space.

Another successful nursery completed by BHP. Busy Bees in East Grinstead is now open. Well done to everyone involved.
