Our team came together for Emergency First Aid training last Wednesday. Keeping our skills up to date ensures we can continue to respond safely, confidently and effectively in every situation we face on the clinic and at our outreach and drop in services.

Dentaid operate from a solar powered exclusive dental clinic which has everything you would expect to see in a permanent dental practice. Dentaid join us at our drop-in sessions, further bridging that gap to accessible healthcare for those experiencing homelessness in BCP.

Last month, our Executive Director, Deano, attended the Southampton Homelessness Summit. This was an insightful event where partners gathered to connect on how to effectively collaborate homelessness services and work together to bring meaningful and sustainable change.

We were incredibly grateful to have Nick Butter run with us at Bournemouth Bay Run last Sunday. Nick is an 11-time world record holder and the only person to have run a marathon in every country in the world, now over 1,106 marathons and counting!

Bournemouth Bay Run 2026, what a day! We’re still taking it in. Over 70 runners showed up for Team 43, including 11-time World Record holder, Nick Butter. To everyone who ran, supported, donated, shared our message or took the time to stop and speak to us, thank you.

A huge thank you to Rick Stein for hosting our Networking Breakfast last week. This was an invaluable opportunity for us to connect with other local businesses and organisations who stand behind our mission and support all that we do as a small, local charity. #ricksteinsandbanks
