This customer at Panda Express ordered food and received uncooked rice. He wanted a new order and for it to be free. The employee and he went back and forth, but when the replacement food was ready, bagged, and set to go, they demanded he pay for it again. Should they have given him the comped food for their mistake? I’d expect something.
