@BIPLOfficial Worst bank and worst customer support. Everytime they close complaint ticket without resolving the issue and updating you. Their systems are so pathetic that they send your OTP to others numbers without your consent.

@BIPLOfficial Never seen such a pathetic customer service. Just received a call from your feedback department and when I told them that issue has not been resolved. They went ahead and told me to launch another complaint. What a great service we're getting.
