The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that how a platform organizes content is protected editorial judgment. #HB227 bans "profile-based feeds" for minors. That's not regulating a feature — it's regulating speech. Kentucky courts will have to sort it out and it won't be cheap. #1A

@BIPPS Funding private schools w/taxpayer money is not right. Taxes should only go to fund public school schools - frankly we should be funding them at a much higher rate than we are. Education is the economic engine of our society and we need to treat it that way. Invest in public ed.

@BIPPS I pay school taxes in Boone County without a child in the system. I want my tax dollars staying with the public school system I live within. Otherwise it is completely unfair to people like me and we should be able to keep our tax money. Fund our public schools better.
