ℹ️ Sunderland Ticket Update NUST raised concerns with #NUFC following a high volume of queries regarding the recent Mags Member sale for the derby, particularly around why so few tickets appeared to be available during the general sale. We pushed for a clear explanation, and the club has now provided detailed information, which we are able to share (see pics below). While the fixture was always likely to be in exceptionally high demand, we understand the frustration felt by many supporters. Greater clarity and proactive communication are essential for ticket info. NUST will continue to press for improved transparency across all aspects of ticketing and has formally requested that the club communicates more effectively with supporters going forward.

We have been inundated with messages regarding a school in Dundee being given 45 tickets for the Barcelona fixture. With >100k in today’s member sale queue and countless tickets on 3rd party sites at vastly inflated prices, we completely understand the ongoing frustration from our members and the wider fanbase. We have sent this to the club and continue to push for a response. #NUFC
