@maghullfc @MSBWOOLTONFC A very disappointing and lacklustre performance yesterday lads. I cannot believe how quiet most of you are on the pitch. We were beaten by a “team” yesterday whilst we played like a group of individuals. Fortunately we can go out and correct the situation next Saturday.

@Joe1Burns1878 @maghullfc Maghull were excellent for most of the match and as you say Joe fine margins. I was stood by their Chairman and fans when they scored their (deflected) second and their relief was palpable. Onwards and upwards lads.

I could not be any prouder of the lads today, they gave everything & outplayed a really good side for large majorities of the game! We never took our chances which our play deserved. And they did! Football is fine margins sometimes & we will take the positives from today! 💙
