Today, BK Foundation and @WVRwanda launched the BLOOM Project, a partnership focused on empowering youth and strengthening livelihoods in Rwanda. Speaking at the launch, our Executive Secretary, Ingrid Karangwayire, emphasized the importance of equipping young people with relevant skills and improving access to finance to support sustainable livelihoods. Through this partnership, the project aims to economically empower 8,000 young people, with strong focus on adolescent girls and young women, through skills development, financial access, and employment opportunities.
