I can be (and am) a supporter of over the top sexuality and still be respectful of other people, cultures, and lifestyles.
I can be (and am) a male feminist and still also openly make a true statement that- YES- was most likely sexist. Doesn't make me a sexist tho. Doesn't make the statement wrong either.
Altho in the case of Vara Dark I have since learned that there is more to her success than just her looks in a space (male dominated geek centric youtube channels) where good enough looks can be (and often are) the only thing/a crucial thing necessary for success.
Somewhere along the line someone sold you a line of bullshit that people's ideas are black and white and there is no nuance. And thus, your view of the world and your fellow humans has been so warped that you've become an easy target for folks trying to sell things and make money off your ignorance.
Do better. Or don't. But hey, knowing is half the battle and such.
