@BLAH_CITY They are excluding bikes and trying to override and ignore the consultation the city of Vancouver has already done. Basically, they seem to want to make Gastown into a Disneyland for the cruise ship industry while ignoring the people that live nearby and elsewhere in the city.

There is not necessarily any correlation between wealth and income. If someone sells a $1 or $2 million home somewhere and moves to Canada, they do not need to qualify for a mortgage on that home & likely wouldn’t in first years in the country, but they already have the wealth.
