Today I reported a 5-star review of my book. Why? Because they did not read my book. All they did was reword my blurb. Then they messaged me, asking that I read/review their book as well. I’ve reviewed some self-pub books, but never have I asked writers to return the favor.

So do we as #authors have to specify that we actually wrote our work vs “collaborated” with AI now? The idea of having to add a “100% written by a human” note is infuriatingly preposterous

Today is my first book’s one year anniversary of its release! Wow, one year already. I wanted to have another book released by now, but I’m a slow writer 😅 I would’ve taken a new pic of myself holding the book, but I’m not home right now. Here’s an older pic of my cat instead.

@KimberlyRSwan1 Yeah I’m a mix of the two also. Key events from my outline make it into the draft, but how the story progresses leading up to these events comes from my panster side.

Anyone else a mix of outliner & pantser? I'm reading How to Write a Successful Series & I realized I outline first, then as I'm writing, come up with new ideas. At the end of my first draft, my story was completely different than the outline. #WritingCommunity
