PlayStation 6 vs Xbox Helix:
- Both aim to make 4k120fps gaming the standard with similar performance to RTX 5080
- Xbox features a much larger APU (408mm2) than PS6 (280mm2) because they aim to produce a PC-console hybrid capable of 240Hz gaming to compete with high-end PCs
- PS6 will be more efficient and its main focus is ray-tracing
- Xbox Helix is backwards compatible with all games while PS6 is only backwards compatible with PS4 and PS5 games
- Xbox Helix price: $1,000 - $1,200
- PS6 price: $550 - $650
- Both targeting a late 2027 launch
