2/2 spent 4 hours on the phone and was hung up on twice by @expedia with no help. Was also promised a return phone call from supervisor that never happened. @HawaiianAir was very helpful but still couldn't resolve error. No way to start a vacation. Don't use @Expedia ever again.

Expedia nightmare. Ordered tickets to Hawaii through Expedia and they gave us our itinerary, confirmation number for Hawaiian AL. Show up, find out that Expedia never sent the ticketing over. Can't reach Expedia for help. Had to pay twice for same flight.@Expedia @HawaiianAir
