KZN Woman Claims Foreign National Left Her With Mysterious Illness Snenhlahla Khoza (31) from Mtubatuba on the north coast of KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) urgently needs help as her health deteriorates every day. Khoza claimed that all was well before she began dating a foreign national, who has since left her with an unknown illness. Khoza reached out to Thuleleni TV to request assistance from anyone who might be able to help her out of this misery. They claim that Khoza now looks even older than her mother and that they have tried everything, but nothing is helping her aging skin problem. Khoza says this all started back in 2022 when she was 27 years old. Thuleleni briefly shared that she had "tlof tlof" (sexual relations) with a foreign man.
