1⃣TTE findings of cardiac amyloidosis include increased LV wall, abnormal diastolic fxn, and abnormal LV strain w/ apical sparing
2⃣If negative workup for AL, +PYP scan has near 100% specificity for ATTR

Drug idea: high avidity partial agonist (a la bupe) based on caffeine that my colleagues w caffeine dependence can use to blunt withdrawal and wean themselves. Also good for over caffeinated attendings or residents on rounds.
