Depending on the service. Top notch service I’m making the total and even $100 so $28. If service was ok, could have been better, $20. If the server seems to be new and is struggling I’m still doing the $28. I use to be a server, I know how to tip. I can tell when a server is new or is just not good. I always tip according to service. The lowest I would tip and it would have to be pretty bad, would be $15. Thats 10%
