I promised I would wait until today to share my thoughts on the idea of Student of the Month, Staff member of the month and the new parent of the month idea I saw yesterday. Very simply I think they are all terrible.

#ThoughtForTheDay Try to avoid addressing matters of concern to an entire class or faculty when only a few are not meeting the expectations you’ve set forth. Your best students & staff will resent it. Always address violators individually. #Culturize #LiveYourExcellence
