🚨 The Joe Budden Podcast gives over thoughts on Drake’s ICEMAN album
They call it a “very important” album and says Drake finally took a major “step in the right direction” after CLB & For All The Dogs
the pod praises Drake for sounding more “pensive, cocky, agitated & lyrical” throughout the project
while also admitting the album could’ve been even stronger if it was more concise with less filler
The pod also says if people still hate this album:
“your mind was probably made up before it dropped”
With parks saying he loved HABIBT and MAID OF HONOUR more
@mrdbwade@Thechat101 Incorrect if their Good it won't take 12 hrs, listen to each one and you'll know after listening to each. STOP IT. All three are ASS....
Joe budden cohost emanny debating ice about drake dropping the 3 albums ICEMAN, Maid of Honour, and Habibti at the same time doesn’t give people enough time to dissect it all properly because it’s soo much music
I don’t really get the argument here. Emanny was right, and I had the same thought.
Trying to fully review an album in under 24 hours is almost impossible. You can react to the disses, beats, standout moments, and give first impressions, sure. But an honest, well-rounded review usually takes time.
You gotta live with the music for a few days, hear it in different settings, outside, in the car, around people, etc.
As far as the JBP goes, I fully expect a deeper breakdown once they’ve actually had time to sit with the album.
NBA star Paul Pierce was left speechless after Dr. Cheyenne Bryant randomly went off on Drake, calling him a SELL OUT and claiming he is nowhere near as lyrically skilled as Kendrick Lamar 💀🤦♂️
“We all know you’re lyrically not Kendrick Lamar, and that’s okay, he is a lyrical genius, you are not. Just focus on making ‘KiKi do you love me’ and stop trying to make these deep lyrical songs, don’t reinvent the wheel Drake”

DJ Khaled has come out to respond to Drake’s album after being called out on the track “Make Them Pay.”
“Well, I don’t even have much to say. He literally spent 10 months pushing out three albums just to flop and release mid songs back to back. It feels like he’s more focused on being petty than making good music. He should just take a break. I don’t have time for all that noise.”
@FckYaya It’s like these niggas all got the same script same talking points once a nigga say it sound like he playing the victim that’s when I check out cause that’s not what he’s doing on the album at all he’s talking his shit
@FckYaya What if Drake intentionally gave UMG 3 thrash albums to get out of his contract. Then on his own record label, gives his fans and haters a classic masterpiece. This scenario I just painted is me a Kendrick Lamar fan trying to understand and cut Drake some slack.
