Over the last 5 years the event has raised over €1,100,000 for charity. This year the event is in aid of Dublin Simon Community. We’re looking forward to the day, where 84 different teams will compete, and to be supporting such a fantastic Irish charity.

BNRG is delighted to be taking part in the Dragons at The Docks 2023 event on Thursday 31st August at Capital Dock, Grand Canal Dock.

‘When it comes to tackling the issue of climate change and in particular taking positive climate action there are lots of options available! Within BNRG and my role we are working hard to minimise our flight travel.

We often assume that most people know how to recycle, but sadly, many are misinformed and are doing it incorrectly, resulting in a significant amount of recyclable waste that cannot be processed.

“The climate, environment, and nature have always been integral parts of my life growing up. From a young age, I learned about recycling and the correct way to recycle.

“I struggled at first to think of something worthy of mentioning. I can’t afford a Tesla, haven’t got round to a rooftop system yet, still have a gas stove and hot water, and I drive an old banger that’s undoubtedly less efficient than it should be.

A special thank you to the wonderful hosts, our new landowners of our project BD Solar Limestone LLC, for an excellent day which included site tours, the official ribbon cutting and breakfast at the world-famous Arch Hangar.

As humans, we do indeed impact the environment by consuming and producing in ways that contribute to the rise of carbon emissions. And as a result, I feel a sense of responsibility that constantly motivates me, despite the disparity of blame that lies with individuals compared...

A special shout out to Elina McDonnell, Gabriela Kavanagh, Catherine Vard and Gina Cassidy who led the project team within BNRG and of course to the wonderful Aoife McCarthy and WorkVivo for all the fantastic support in getting us set up.

It’s been a pleasure to work on this project, it really was a companywide effort to get it off the ground, but it is already making a positive difference.

Over the last few months, we’ve been working on something special for team BNRG and recently introduced WorkVivo, an employee communication platform, to our teams across the globe.
