It’s official – the contract has been awarded for the East Harbour Transit Hub! The new station located in Toronto’s east end is expected to connect approximately 100,000 daily riders all in one location. Journalism seems more precarious today. I feel for all those good, committed journalists who lost their jobs. In an already shrinking industry, more cuts hurt all of us, diminish how Canadians get their information, and reduce the ability to pursue complex stories.
