No message received. This is the problem. I have had 2 people tell me how much they'd love to help me but you guys are missing the mark. I wore your socks exclusively for years. My 6 yr old granddaughter wears Bombas but I have lost patience & faith that this will ever be made right. You did not send me a message.
@BOMBAS I am super disappointed with Bombas. Just made a sock order & going to try Athleta. I ordered $115 of socks for my granddaughter & received the wrong socks and no one has rectified the problem yet. The website was not helpful. I am done with Bombas I think.

@BOMBAS I have to say I am severely disappointed in the quality of socks lately. Every pair I have purchased in the last 6 months has ended up with a hole in it. I have ones from 2+ years ago that don’t have holes but the newest sets - super poor quality.

Was so excited to order from @BOMBAS just to receive my package and all of the items have the stench of marijuana! By far the craziest experience ever. Has anyone else had this happen to them? The customer service team is absolutely no help.

@BOMBAS I wore my compression socks for the first time today & am disappointed. The foot fits correctly, but they are short — don't actually reach my knee (I'm 5'2"). After 4+ hours, I have deep red marks on the top of my calves from the elastic. 😳

@BOMBAS You guys straight up need to get your crap together. Your customer service team respond with conflicting emails and I'm pretty sure they don't actually read the responses. They just knee jerk send out emails and don't bother to see what was said previously.
