@BOMBAS ordered these for my wife’s birthday. Purchased May 8th. It’s now the 19th with zero updates or communication. I called customer support and they said the size/color are out of stock but your website clearly says otherwise. This is really unacceptable. Make it right

Please help @BOMBAS . Over the years I've had excellent service but I'm stuck on an issue. I got an initial reply from customer service minutes after my submission, but they've gone radio silent and since then an order processed that I explicitly cancelled with them.
