Am all for the pride parade in manila but sana naman hndi major roads going to PGH, ManilaMed, and MDH yung hinarangan. Wish there was better information dissemination and rerouting too. I feel bad for the patients and healthcare workers who will be stuck here for hours.

SEVERE anastomotic stricture at gastrojejunostomy site. Failed dilations.
Pt totally obstructed.
Pinhole lumen.
Treated with 15x10 Axios to good effect.
I feel like we are seeing an uptick in these types of strictures. Do you agree?

Applied to be affiliated with this certain HMO 3 months ago. Up to now.. still nothing 😩. To think this is one of the bigger HMOs. Tbh, I'm already a bit hesitant since they're notorious for asking for invoices before paying out. I'm just thinking about the patient's welfare.

Quite the opposite in my case. I see patients who develop bloating after starting Mounjaro. A pain in the ass really. Especially if they want to be kept on the drug.
