The United States has:
• 683,000+ heart disease deaths/year
• 620,000+ cancer deaths/year
• 250,000+ estimated deaths from medical error
Yet public health officials are running national fear campaigns about backyard chickens, raw milk, pet turtles, and hantavirus.
That is not rational public health prioritization.
That is theater.
