Cap’ns log. @BOXABL ! What a momentous week!! Boxabl was a crowdfund baby until just days ago! Key metrics according to Grok: -Folks invest in crowdfunds (A+) with a 99% chance they can’t practically sell whether they know it or not. Boxabl is the 1% 1-in-100 exception. -The road to the NASDAQ requires rigor to be public exchange act reporting and immense scrutiny from both the SEC and the NASDAQ. And rightfully so! -The review process is massive, exhaustive and expensive and we were reviewed even harder due to our ground breaking headcount. The vetting is thorough, so for the ill informed maybe think before potty mouthing, there is also a level of Darwinism there lol, we are colorful but do not color outside the lines and we’re perhaps too transparent. -The median time for the one in a zillion startups that even make it to IPO is 12 years. We are trading in 6! -The company has 3 primary responsibilities in this order. 1 The best interests of our shareholders via the long term health and growth of the company. 2 Our customers. 3 Our staff. -Lock up periods are near universal with details varying, why have we also done this ? See 1 above! And we can modify I think as we go. -The founders will unlock after our investors. -Boxabl is fresh meat 👶🏼 🥩 to shorts 😆 and that has created volatility. But remember volatility goes both ways! Other than causing an upset to my investors which I don’t like, it’s not on my radar. SpaceX is 50% off its highs and they are impossibly accomplished. -Being publicly traded brings enormous new resources and opens many new doors to the company to increase our chances of success, pretty cool. -My opinion is that like all companies we’ve made a ton of mistakes and will continue to lol. -That our first principles and assumptions that resulted in our goals are almost completely intact. -That we are in the strongest position to meet our goals. -Being publicly traded means the good news is Boxabl has arrived safely at base camp, the bad news is its base camp to Mt Everest ⛰️. -Like all the ‘usual suspects’ that have created change, what we are attempting is unreasonable. I fancy our chances 😊 Thanks again ❤️ to our investors (I can’t share forward looking info, and that is a reasonable rule, but I look forward to as soon as I can)
