As an organisation, Black Pharmacists Collective (BPC) was founded to speak out against injustice within the education system and the pharmacy profession. We are a group of six young Black pharmacy students who saw significant inequalities within the pharmacy profession.

Yesterday, the Scheduler Platform was open for a moment - Candidates were able to book a place. Other candidates were not aware - Panic GPhC issued notice that this was a test and candidates had to rebook today. Now today, the actual window to book and now unable to book.

Great honesty about Bukkys journey to where she is now. A few blips but that doesn’t make it impossible

A huge thank you to all 3 of our speakers today and a great panel discussion at the end with Bucky & Ora. Some finals thoughts: 1. be authentic and passionate when applying to roles 2. be a people centric leader 3. be willing and able to be introspective and take on feedback
