Grove Hall Branch is closed for the rest of today, Wednesday, June 4, due to a facilities issue. We encourage patrons to visit Uphams Corner Branch and Roxbury Branch.

All branch libraries will close at 4:00pm on Friday, June 6, 2025. Online services will remain available at bpl.org.

All BPL locations will be closed on Sunday, May 25, and Monday, May 26, in observance of Memorial Day.

The West End Branch has closed early today, March 12, 2025, due to a facilities issue.

Please note: The Central Library's Dartmouth Street entrance is partially closed due to preservation work; however, the accessible entrance remains open. This project is made possible by the @BPLFund.
