@bp_UK app broken again, new fuel card wont add ‘something went wrong’ and wont refresh points. App also closes once fueled instead of telling me its been completed. Poor

@bp_UK just filled up at your station All Saints in Portsmouth, and suddenly petrol starts shooting out of the car and running everywhere, over the car, and over me, I was told there’s new pumps and the sensors may be at fault! Not only dangerous, messy but a waste of my money!

Hey @bp_plc , you’ve fraudulently claimed I have ‘obtained fuel and did not pay for it!’ When I absolutely did and the transaction is actually recorded in the transaction history on my BP Rewards card. Is this because your staff chose to take the money themselves? #BP #ScamAlert

Hello @bp_plc ans @marksandspencer I've redeemed my BPme rewards for an M&S gift card voucher last week but with the M&S cyber attack I was unable to use it. Could I cancel the egift card put the points used back on my BPMe account?
