I will say, with the DFA of Austin Slater and the option of Agustin Ramirez, this year is different for Bendix & Co. They are showing they are ready to pull triggers and make necessary moves to attempt to stay afloat. You have to hope or think the next step is Brax or Robby.

@shakkazui Otto is a career .270 hitter and has produced all 3 years hes been here. Liam a career .265 hitter has turned into of the better hitters from yr to the next. Morel has had 1,500+ ABs in 4 years and is a .220 hitter. How much more of a sample do you need for morel?

Ramirez was getting on base more, but his defense hasn't improved much; his doubles and home runs are way down; his batting average is actually down from '24 (an archaic stat, I know) and he frustrated the team with a few base-running errors. They can't afford to continue being this bad defensively at catcher; Mack should fix that.
