- DUI - Overdose Truly how a comeback should be done. I wish more had been done for such an incredible album. She hit the streets like crack in the 80s for this one. Album full of hits but it also felt substantial. - Read My Lips - Livin’ It Up - DUI - Super Turnt Up ALL those joints had hit single potential. I hope her next era is packaged with another album full of pop bangers and an intimate solo tour or a nice co headlining tour like Mo & Bran or Chris & Usher. I think Ciara & Kelly Rowland would be a vibe.

That reminds me… Take 3 should have been a real group the way The Cheetah Girls became one. Since Ryan Destiny is trending, let’s have a real conversation. I know Ryan was previously in a girl group called LOVE DOLLHOUSE [I never understood the name] but if there’s any group that had a chance of making it: it was Take 3. Jude, Ryan, and Brittany had IT. They had the ingredients. They had the songs. They had the chemistry. They coulda gave the fans at least three albums honestly. And yes their music was better than the music from Empire. Star not only deserved better in terms of a few more seasons, but the fans deserved the ladies as a real group. And I spoke with Ryan about this YEARS ago when the show was on. She said ABSOLUTELY NOT. We agree to disagree 🥶.

@BRTZGRM Honestly, had she said yes, maybe that would have happened. In SOME cases, that’s all it takes. And if not, at least you have a successful group to go back to and drop some solo stuff to perform on tour when the group goes out. Take 3 seemed one step away from being a hit.
