I’ve worked hard this off season to get stronger and faster! I’ve gained over 15 pounds since the fall. In the gym, I focused on building strength and now I’m working on being more explosive as I move into the school season! Thank you Frank and Gonzo at 518 ClubHouse for all of the help. @CDFusionSB @SoftballColonie @BSBStrengthTank @CortlandSB @CoachMollyO @GeneseoKnights @geneseosbcoach @FredoniaSB @TCiccarello @UAlbanySB @UBBullssoftball @PlimptonChelsea @Steph_Roan6 @StonyBrookSB @BinghamtonSOFT @Brockport_SB @CoachMKWheat @OneontaSoftball

Tommy Case is finding his groove in his second #MLBDraftLeague game with three innings and six strikeouts. 👀 Case retired the side via strikeout in the third and has only allowed two base runners by walk and fielding error. @TrentonThunder
