Collision & rampage weren't the same especially to talent lower on the card who would work it & rampage & the ability to buy a ppv are two very different things for advertising alone.

Tony has no relationship at all close to TKOs buisness wise. They are going to dump assets like crazy after the merger. It isnt about tv shows. Its about infrastructure.

Aew is relatively cheap compared to everything else in the portfolio. Tony has a good relationship with dana white, David ellison, ect. Tony already does biz with them through the nfl

They gave Tony a heads up. This is also murky legal waters so denial is completely expected. The facts dont change though.
