Girls battled storms, and a 30-minute weather delay, but closed State in style. Clara finished T12 & Emma T35 in the 88-player field. Each athlete was also named to the All State Academic Team. Clara will attend @GonzagaU & Emma will play hockey for @LU_Hockey. Congrats, ladies!

WHAT AN OPENING ROUND AT STATE!!!!
Senior captains Clara Halverson & Emma Hoen fought high winds and a 100 degree heat index at Bunker Hills today.
Halverson shot 75 and is T5, while Hoen shot 79 and is T15 in the 88-player field. Round 2 times out soon.

HALVERSON & HOEN HEADED TO STATE!!!!
Senior captains Clara Halverson & Emma Hoen each qualified today for the Class AAA State Meet at @Bunkerhillsgolf next week. Halverson finished 5th & Hoen 8th in the section, good enough to advance.
State Tournament is Tuesday & Wednesday.

Final round of Section 6AAA is Monday at Braemar. Red Knights are 2nd as a team and have plenty of individuals vying for a spot at State.

Red Knights tied w/Wayzata for 2nd in 6AAA after day 1 with 327. Edina (307) leads.
Garvin (81), Halverson (81), Raghuveer (82) & Hoen (83) all currently T5 or better in individual race for state. Top-5 individuals not from winning team advance to State.
Final round Monday.
