Year 1 have learned that plants need water, light & nutrients to grow. They used this knowledge & their #logicalthinking skills to experiment with growing tomatoes & other plants. We are hoping to have some tasty tomatoes to feast on soon... #WeAreBSM #EveryoneCan

Year 1 enjoyed their first Tea with Mrs Matiti this week. The children enjoyed a cup of "tea" (apple juice) & shared examples of how they have been developing #analysing thinking skills in their learning. #WeAreBSM #EveryoneCan #50YearsInMuscat #notforprofit #wellbeingfirst

In Year 1, we try to be #openminded and we practised thinking about #alternativeperspectives when we explored different versions of Jack and the Beanstalk. We also thought about how the giant may have felt and developed some sympathy for this character.

Year 1 have worked collaboratively to develop our learning environment to support our learning this term. Highlights include our Little Library, Garden Centre and puppet theatre. We are all excited for another fantastic term ahead. #WeAreBSM #EveryoneCan
