We had a record FOURTEEN @OldBirkonianSoc former choristers last year for the Christmas Eucharist… can we possibly beat that number this year for Mr Robinson’s final Christmas in Chapel? Spread the WORD! 🎄

Merry Christmas to all! Wonderful service in Chapel last night where the Chapel Choir were joined by fourteen @OldBirkonianSoc former choristers. It was great to see you all - and those who were in the congregation too. Wishing you a peaceful and relaxing Christmas and New Year.

The final event in this year's @BirkenheadSchl Festival of Arts is our annual 'Come and Sing' Evensong. An opportunity for all to come along and experience uplifting choral music and sing alongside our Chapel Choir. Arrive at 5 to sing, or just come and watch the service at 6.30.

Come along to Bushell Hall on Tuesday at 4pm to hear lots of our younger musicians gain valuable performance experience in the Autumn Serenade. At the same time, browse some of the fabulous Senior School artwork on display around the hall.

Join us for a special service of @ChoralEvensong for Remembrance Sunday this weekend. Music by Douglas Guest, Charles Villiers Stanford, John Rutter and Bob Chilcott. 6.30pm in the @BirkenheadSchl Chapel.

Co-curricular music back up and running with a terrific turnout at Senior Choir this lunchtime and then Orchestra after school, both in our newly enlarged and refurbished Rehearsal Studio. Plus the new Year 11 Rock Band upstairs at the same time as both!
